Isaac could stomp on Samus she would counter it use her Metroid abilities he could avoid her attacks except the Ice Beam/Ice spreader would freeze him in place not enough time to dodge it he's mostly on ship level later planetary level, Samus she will just drain him alive like Metroid Samus can all smart Isaac she has more upgrades than Isaac except his suits Samus is genetically modified human hybrid, I hate to say this is Isaac will lose cuz she's way too powerful she would just decimate his whole entire ship she's more powerfull Isaac Clarke just average human the doesn't have any special powers or abilities he's far weaker than the rest more like fodder enemy

I like idea about the amiibos as skins in MPR it would be incredible to see it as a DLC update as amiibo, Phazon Dread Gravity Suit reskin after getting the Phazon Suit or Metroid Suit amiibo it would be interesting. Could it be if they can do same to the Fusion Suit it could become the Phazon Fusion Suit it could work they need to restructure her arm cannon to match other amiibo suits not bad idea
