Past is Prologue
The 03 Bay is a room seen in an interactive website demo for Metroid: Other M called The Heat of the Battle as Seen By a Hero.[1] "Click to Explore" appears over a Wii Remote, which can be aimed to view the room in Search View mode. Samus Aran has 72 Energy units in addition to 4 Energy Tanks and 30/30 Missiles.
The room also appears (again CGI) in Past is Prologue, the live-action commercial for the game. Because it displays flashbacks sequentially, it is likely suggesting the events taking place there occurred during Metroid: Zero Mission or any point before the birth of the baby, which is the next scene.
