The Alimbic Gardens are a room on Alinos. It appears in Metroid Prime Hunters.
Description[]
Samus gains access to this room via the Judicator door from High Ground. It contains many Lore scans and Object scans. This room also contains a couple of Red Barbed War Wasps, Geemers, Blastcaps, and Zoomers. The first time Samus enters this room, once she moves to the central part of this room, a cutscene of Sylux's ship, the Delano 7 can be seen flying overhead, with the ship emanating blue smoke. Why Sylux is here is unknown, but he is presumably continuing his search for the "Ultimate Power". The interpretation of why Sylux flies overhead can change depending on if this is the player's first time seeing him or not. Most players will encounter Sylux on the Vesper Defense Outpost first, but is theoretically possible to visit this part of Alinos first before fighting Sylux in a first battle.
A fossilized garden is present at the bottom of the room, also named the Alimbic Garden. Due to time and the devastation of Gorea, the garden is nothing more than a barren patch of sand with empty spots, rocks and platforms protruding from it.
The Elders, a much more brooding theme than the music heard in earlier-visited parts of Alinos, begins playing in this room.
