ALIMBIC scholars, scientists, and historians are all occupations of the Alimbic race. In the Celestial Archives object entry, it is said that the station is the primary repository of the combined knowledge of all three occupations. Presumably, some of their studies included anthropology, literature, medicine, politics and science.
