The "Arbitrary Enky room" is a room in Artaria. It appears in Metroid Dread.
Description[]
This is a small, two-floor room that leads into Artaria's E.M.M.I. Zone. The top level is initially tightly packed, with only a small ledge above the floor being accessible. A wall on the left does not extend completely to the floor, leaving a small gap; however, the small step and lack of Morph Ball prevent Samus from Sliding or rolling under it. Two pairs of canisters and a crate are present on the upper level as well, along with a large black cable and two bent and fallen grates. Above the ledge are two Breakable Organic Blocks in the left wall. When shot, the organic matter explodes and destroys part of the wall, exposing a short vent (see below). The rubble from the wall creates a level floor so that Samus can slide under the gap and enter the E.M.M.I. Zone. Simultaneously, it creates another barrier behind her that she cannot overcome without the Morph Ball, forcing Samus to proceed through the Zone.
The lower floor is not accessible until Samus has used a "thermal power flow machine" nearby. A Total Recharge Station is present here, as is a pipeline that delivers thermal energy into the E.M.M.I. Zone. A gap in the background wall exists behind the station, with cables coming out of it. However, this area is inaccessible. Samus can come and go through this floor to access the E.M.M.I. Zone and outer Artaria during her exploration. After E.M.M.I.-02SM is defeated, the lower floor is blocked off by an Enky (hence the name). Only after Samus re-acquires Ice Missiles can she remove it.

- Requires Morph Ball. Samus must shoot the two Breakable Organic Blocks to access the upper E.M.M.I. Zone Door. Doing so exposes this tank in a small tunnel. Once she has the Morph Ball, Samus can come back and climb into the tunnel to collect it.
