Bendenzium is a very strong substance that can only be destroyed by a Power Bomb. It was originaly mentioned by name in Metroid Prime but was likely present in every game as any material that could be destroyed by a power bomb. The only material harder than Bendenzium is Maldium, which apears in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption, and can only be destroyed by your ship's missiles.
