Boss Commander X 002 plays during the final battle against Raven Beak X in Hanubia. It begins playing as the newly-transformed Raven Beak X roars, and concludes once Samus Aran defeats it with her Hyper Beam.
Boss Commander X 002 begins with a few seconds of eerie ambience, leading into the main track with an unsettling sound reminiscent of a low scream. Its main melody consists of tense strings, played similarly to the end of Boss Commander Presentation but now alternating between two notes instead of repeating one note. This melody is underscored by high strings on a sustained note, a steady bass rhythm, hard percussive downbeats, and the screaming-like sound. Owing to the short length of the Raven Beak X boss fight, this track is likewise short.
