A. Exeter was the captain of GFMC Task Force Herakles, and squad leader of Force One, which was stationed to guard and repair their warship, the GFS Tyr. Although he was subsequently killed when the Ing ambushed the Galactic Federation Marine Corps landing site, he vainly sent a distress signal, which did not make it through the heavy magnetic interference caused by the atmosphere of Aether.
When he died, his facemask was cracked open, unlike those found on his soldiers. His first name is not known.
