Chozo Shrine Unsealed,[1] also known as Artifact Temple (Chozo Unsealed) (アーティファクト神殿（チョウゾウの封印解除）),[2] is a theme from Metroid Prime. It was composed by Kenji Yamamoto.
Description[]
Chozo Shrine Unsealed plays during the cutscene initiated by the end of the Meta Ridley boss battle in the Artifact Temple. It is heard as the Chozo statues fire upon Meta Ridley and Chozo Ghosts open the gateway to the Impact Crater.
The track itself is a short medley of other themes from Metroid Prime. When the statues are shooting Meta Ridley, a deep male choir sings the melody of Hall of the Chozo Elders. A short musical bridge section is taken from the opening of Chozo Shrine. When the Chozo Ghosts appear, a triumphant extended version of Artifact Obtained is sung by another choir.

Trivia[]
- The remix of Artifact Obtained heard in Metroid: Samus Returns seems to be based upon the version heard in Chozo Shrine Unsealed, since it features a choir singing in the same key.
