Every element—including the doors and elevators—is engineered to respond to psychic power, and those without psychic abilities cannot enter without a Guardian's guidance.
The “Trial” site where the “Chosen One” is authenticated is also accessible from Chrono Tower.
At its pinnacle, the activation device for the Master Teleporter and a Healing Pod are located.
It is also said that after the “Great Tragedy,” Lamorn and others modified the Psy-bots into defensive robots within the Chrono Tower itself."[2]
