Clone Multiball is a Mini-Game in Metroid Prime Pinball on the Pirate Frigate table. When the Morph Ball enters the Clone Machine, the game starts and will last as long as at least two balls are in play. During Clone Multiball, Samus should try to score as many Jackpots as she can by sending the ball up the yellow arrow-marked ramps. A Super Jackpot is awarded if Samus can re-enter the Clone Machine.
A compressed version of the Hunters theme from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes plays during Clone Multiball, as it does for Phazon and Gunship Multiball.
