Dark Agon Wastes is the theme that plays in the area of the same name in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. In Wii versions of the game the theme is available for purchase in the in-game Soundtrack Gallery.

Like other Dark Aether themes, Dark Agon Wastes is very similar to the light world version; it shares the same instruments as other Dark Aether themes, with the additions of elements from its light world version.
