Dark Trooper is the theme that plays when fighting the enemies of the same name in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It was slightly modified for the release of Metroid Prime Trilogy, with new sounds having been added. The theme is similar to Ing Battle, the theme heard when fighting Ing, albeit with more technical instruments, consistent percussive beats that come in twos, and a deeper chorus. It was composed by Kenji Yamamoto.
