Docking Bays 1, 2 and 3 are part of a series of docking bays on the G.F.S. Olympus in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. They are all mentioned by Aurora Unit 242 over the flagship intercom, stating that anti-gravity is offline in the first three bays. Samus never has the opportunity to explore these rooms, although gates in Docking Bay 4 seem to lead to Docking Bay 3. In addition, 242 informs the ship's crew of a contamination in the third bay.
