The Door Controller Unit is an object found in the Ice Hive on the planet Arcterra in Metroid Prime Hunters. It is used to operate the Vault Door. Before Samus can use it, however, she must reactivate various Energy Routers and destroy Barbed War Wasp hives. Once Samus does this, the Door Controller Unit will activate and Samus can scan the unit to lower the door, opening the rest of the Ice Hive for further exploration.

Trivia[]
- Occasionally, after being scanned, the cutscene will play, but the door will not open. If said occurrence takes place after obtaining the Judicator, a lone crystal by the nearby Portal may be used to get back there.
