Doug Parker (born December 17, 1957) is a Canadian voice actor and animation director who has been working since 1985. Parker provided the voice of Kraid in season 1, episode 5 of Captain N: The Game Master, "Mega Trouble in Megaland". This is notable as it is the only time Kraid has ever had spoken dialogue; in the canon Metroid series, he never speaks. Parker also voiced Mega Man on the show.
His other notable roles include Shao and Shenron in the 1995 dub of Dragon Ball and Shredder in Ninja Turtles: The Next Mutation, among others. A full filmography can be accessed at the links below.
