EPG-8644 and EPG-8656 were a pair of Elite Pirates mentioned in a scan in the Elite Control room in the Phazon Mines area of the game Metroid Prime. The scan is an order to prepare them both for field duty. Their fates are unknown, but it is possible that they were some of the Elites killed by Samus Aran during her invasion of the mines.
