The Elysia Seed is the Leviathan that landed on the northern part of Elysia's very distant crust. Because its Shield Generators are hard to locate, Samus Aran pierces the shield by dropping a section of SkyTown--the Spire Dock--equipped with a Theronian Bomb. After getting to the Core, Samus defeats Helios, and then obtains the Hyper Missile. At this point, Samus's Phazon corruption level rises further to 50%. Samus then destroys the Phazon Core.

- The interior of the Elysia Seed is a noticeably darker shade than the Bryyo and Pirate Homeworld Seeds. It is more of an orange color.
