Federation Bureau Headquarters as it appears in the Super Metroid comic.
Federation Bureau Headquarters, as it name implies, appears to be the base of operations for the Federation Bureau and possibly the Federation Police Force. It appears to consist of what could possibly be an large space station that is protected by an massive space armada. Chairman Keaton and Chief Hardy are also seen inside both the headquarters and appear onboard the capital flagship of said space fleet, before they are kidnapped by Ridley and brought to Zebes. So far, it only appears in the non-canon Super Metroid comic.
