Samus engages a Reptilcus using its throwing chakram against her.
The throwing chakram is a weapon employed by the Reptilicus Hunters of Bryyo. The Reptilicus Hunter throws the chakram at Samus Aran, and if it hits, it will electrocute her before swooping back to the hunter. If Samus manages to let the hunter throw the chakram, before she freezes the hunter with an Ice Missile, the chakram will return to the hunter and shatter the corpse, granting Samus a Friend Voucher for "Icy Reptilicide".

The chakram is a throwing weapon from India. Its shape is of a flat metal hoop with a sharp outer edge from 5–12 inches (130–300 mm) in diameter.
