Male and Female Fleet Troopers are Humans that appear in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption. They appear frequently on the G.F.S. Olympus (and in Generator A on Base Sector Zero, after the PED Suit is acquired). There are more Male Fleet Troopers encountered in the game than Female.
Some of them will speak to Samus Aran when approached, or dismiss her to focus on their apparently menial duties. They are employed to work the ship's systems, and are of little worth in combat. They do not wear protective armour, and as such are vulnerable to attack from the Galactic Federation's enemies. Shooting a Fleet Trooper may cause a GMX-04 Halberd-class turret to fire back at Samus.
The Female Fleet Troopers are voiced by Claire Hamilton. One such Trooper is seen in MedLab Delta, nursing Samus out of her coma.

Fleet Trooper
Morphology: Male Fleet Trooper
Federation Navy specialists.
Untrained for combat situations.
Fleet Troopers are the backbone of the navy, often ignored in favor of the gallant Federation Marines. Their work isn't always dangerous, and is rarely glamorous. Most are specialists, and possess a great deal of knowledge.
