Forums: Index → Administrator's Noticeboard → Reduce the sitenotice?
Hi guys. I noticed there's a large amount of info at MediaWiki:Sitenotice, and it really fills up the screen. This might be pushing new users away as they might see all this text at the top of their screen and be like "WTF???" and leave. I know you can dismiss it, but perhaps you guys could cut down what is put in the sitenotice, or do something like Spore's sitenotice, where they take advantage of the hide/show function.
