Ganondorf is a playable character in Super Smash Bros. Melee and Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He is also known for being the Main Antagonist in the Legend of Zelda.
Ganon, Dark Lord of Hyrule
Son of Twinrova
Ganondorf was a one-in-a-million child upon his birth by the hands of the evil witch, Twinrova. In the Gerudo desert, one is hard-pressed to find a male. They come once every so many years. And each time they came, a King was born.
King of the Sands
Growing up among the Gerudos, a race of rather attractive female desert bandits, he lived in the Shadow of Hyrule and its people, the Hylians. This enraged young Ganondorf, and so he sought after the power of the Triforce. He found it, but only for it to give him one of the sacred treasures. He was to wish for a better land for the Gerudos, or so is thought.
Power hungry Necromancer
Having learned the necromancy of the witches whom were his parents, he was an accomplished necromancer, even surpassing his own parent in power. But he wanted more. He sought the Triforce with a lust. It had been seperated among three. Link recieved the Triforce of Courage. Zelda, the Triforce of Wisdom. And he, the Triforce of Power. He knew he needed the three to fulfill his wish. And so he did. He kidnapped Zelda and had Link trail him, and finally, in his Tower, the Final Battle was fought. Link won, and saved Princess Zelda.
The rest of his story is pretty much the same, except slightly different.
Subspace Emissary
He is the leader of the Shadow in this story. Alongside Wario, Bowser, and under Master Hand, he planned to consume the world in Subspace, a realm of evil run by Tabuu. Master Hand is killed by Tabuu upon the arrival of Ganondorf, shortly after betraying Bowser to his death. Angered, he attacks Tabuu, only to be defeated. Link and Zelda free him afterwards and he teams up with the party to end the reign of Tabuu.
