The Gestation Tanks are an object in Metroid Prime Hunters, found in the Weapons Complex room on the Vesper Defense Outpost. They are used to grow nanites for various types of weaponry. The nanites in the tank appear as a glowing blue substance, similar to the color of Phazon. Its use in creating nanites for Universal Ammunition and Missiles makes it similar to the microfactories in Samus's Gunships, which produce ammo for her.
