Jovian steel is a very durable alloy found in the Cargo Hub. The massive blast doors that block off restricted areas are composed of Jovian steel, which cannot be removed in gameplay. Although resistant to Samus Aran's small-arms fire, it is later destroyed when Ghor is knocked through it by a Berserker Knight.
