Keiyu Kondo is an employee of Nintendo. Kondo coordinated the release of Wii Music with NCL, and is credited under special thanks in Metroid: Other M and Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. He presumably held a coordination or localization role for these games as well.
