Lieutenant Corporal J. Brode was a Galactic Federation trooper who was brutally murdered by Dark Splinters. Samus finds his corpse in the GFMC Compound in Temple Grounds. SPC F. Triplette considers Brode to be the "stingiest grunt" he knows when it comes to ammunition.
