Last Instructions (最終指令)[1] is a triumphant theme in Metroid Fusion, which plays after the Starship's computer is revealed to contain Adam Malkovich's personality, and he orders Samus Aran to activate the BSL Station's propulsion sequence. It is a slower version of a melody heard in Facing a Huge Reaction. The theme plays throughout the BSL Station until Samus reaches the Operations Deck, where she is to set off the sequence.
It does play earlier in the story, however: when Samus is directed by Adam to Sector 6 so that she can download the Varia Suit from a Data Room. The theme is heard again when Samus's Starship returns to the Docking Bays after Samus defeats the Omega Metroid, right before the station collides with SR388.
