List of rooms in Metroid Fusion

Main Deck • Sector 1 (SRX) • Sector 2 (TRO) • Sector 3 (PYR) • Sector 4 (AQA) • Sector 5 (ARC) • Sector 6 (NOC)

All the rooms in Metroid Fusion have explicit identification numbers visible through access with the Debug Menu. Within the Debug Menu, the values "H" and "G" are used to represent Samus's location on the BSL Station. The "H" Value represents which room Samus is located in, and the "G" value is used to represent the entrance Samus used in order to access the room. For the purposes of this list, the "H" value of the room will be listed first, followed by the "G" value of the first entry into a room, then the "G" values of other entrances in order of normal availability to the player. For example, the Operations Deck would be listed as "H014-G141 (G065, G027, G022, G193)".
If a proper name for the room exists, that name will be put first, followed by the room's "GH" value. Then a short description of the room will be given, possibly with a picture, as to allow for identification of the room. If the "G" value has a Security Lock over the Hatch, the "G" value will be labelled by a color corresponding to the Security Level if the door has a security level greater than 0. If a latent ability is required to use the entrance, an abbreviation for the upgrade will be placed next to the "G" value of the room, such as PB for Power Bomb or MB for Morph Ball. A majority of the room names are unofficial.
Docking Bays[]
Room ID: (H001-G000 (G001))
The first and last room entered in Metroid Fusion, where Samus enters the BSL Station and where she fights the Omega Metroid. Samus's Starship is located in this room and can always be used as a Save Station and Recharge Station.
|
|
Docking Bays entrance[]
Room ID: H004-G002 (G007)
The room connecting the Docking Bay and the Docking Bay Access Shaft. Heavily damaged prior to the fight with the Omega Metroid.
|
|
Docking Bays access shaft[]
Room ID: h007-g008 (g017, g013PB, g015)
Tall vertical shaft with large quantities of Screw Attack Blocks make up platforms leading to top. Top leads to rest of Main Deck. Power Bomb Blocks, and/or Red Hatch block off entrance to Central Reactor Core. While uninhabited during initial visits, a pupating Kihunter is seen on Samus' way to fix the Reactor Silo, which hatches after doing so. After Samus obtains the Screw Attack and reaches this room without using a Navigation Room, the door leading to the Starship will be locked. This was done by the Computerized Co., who was ordered to confine Samus, preventing her escape until the Galactic Federation arrived to the station.
Curiosly, there exists two unused spawning points for Samus in this room, as seen via a debug menu in a prototype build. One spawning point is directly opposite of the top-left open doorway, inside a solid wall. This spawn point is associated with the unused Docking Bay room and connecting hall (see unused rooms). Another spawn point is located directly below the wall, in a slightly indented portion of the right wall. While there is no room found to be associated with this spawn point, it is very likely that a door to a connecting room was to be featured in that particular area.
|
|
Main Deck entrance[]
Room ID: h008-g014 (g019, g108PB)
The first "official" room of the Main Deck, normally leads to the rest of the Main Deck. This room is the exit to the Main Deck used after the Central Reactor Core shuts off. A Missile Expansion is located in this room, requiring the use of Power Bombs to access it.
|
|
Main Deck west wing stairwell[]
Room ID: h019-g036 (G039, G038, g021, g132PB, g203SA)
This room is the last room passed through before accessing the first Navigation Room in the Main Deck. The rest of the room contains 2 Green Doors at the top, a door leading to the Operations Deck below it, and a secret Morph Ball passage, requiring Bombs to access, and the Screw Attack to use. After returning to the Main Deck once acquiring Ice Missiles, a cyan Geron will be blocking the top right door, though this can be destroyed early via a difficult Shinespark to perform a Sequence Break to get early Power Bombs, though they will not be usable until the upgrade is acquired in Sector 5 (ARC).

Arachnus' chamber[]
Room ID: ???
The "Arachnus' chamber" is a room on the Main Deck. It appears in Metroid Fusion. At the start of Samus's mission on the BSL Station, her ship's computer directs her to this room after detecting bio-signs. This room is shown to have suffered significant damage, with debris being visible in the background. Additionally, the walls have a red hue, perhaps coming from an emergency light. In the background are large windows or blast doors, which appear to have a spin lock in their center.
Upon entering the room, the door locks behind Samus and an eerie theme begins to play. In immediate view are two ledges that Samus can use to climb over a wall, and then to climb atop another one. An Energy Tank can be found here, and just before a drop, Samus can fire a Missile at the ceiling to find a path to a second Energy Tank. On a 0% run, Samus must carefully jump over the Energy Tank to avoid collecting it.
After dropping down, Samus falls through four Pit Blocks into a small chamber below. A Core-X forms into a mimic of an Arachnus, a creature she previously fought during her mission on SR388.

Sub-Zero Containment[]
Room ID: ???
The room is very cold, enough to harm Samus' energy supply if she has not obtained the Varia Suit. Through the main entrance, the room's contents can't be seen until she has moved forward; behind a sealed wall lies the frozen corpse of Ridley. Samus can't do anything to interact with him until later in the game.
When she enters this room after the Reactor Silo goes offline and cuts off power to many of the station's systems, an Core-X can be seen leaving Ridley's body, whose empty ice shell then collapses. The X then flies off out of the room and Samus continues on.

Yakuza's Chamber[]
Room ID: h087-g003
Main article: Yakuza's room
This is the room where Samus must face off against Yakuza. Samus lands on a small ledge upon entering but can immediately drop into the lowest part of the floor. She appears to be stuck all alone until she hears a large creature attacking her from above. Yakuza soon reveals itself and a battle ensues, where Samus emerges victorious and absorbs the Core-X containing the Space Jump, allowing her to escape the large pit she fell into. The concealed chamber to the top-left is revealed upon Yakuza's defeat, hinting at Samus to proceed Westward into the Auxiliary Power Station.
Restricted Zone Storage Room[]
A small storage like room with tall tank-like objects in the background. This is the official first room of the Restricted Zone that Samus enters in. If one looks close enough at the background, the words/letters Level-X (L-X) can be seen etched on the walls.
Samus reaches through this room from a small Morph Ball vent inside this room leading from Sector 6 (NOC), after she has bypassed the large shutter from Sector 6. Once reaching the far left, she immediately plummets from Crumble Bricks and lands in this small storage like room. Now able to return to bipedal form, Samus continues to explore this mysterious Restricted Zone.
To the right of the Crumble Blocks are a row of hidden 5x2 Screw Attack blocks. Once the Screw Attack has been obtained, the blocks can be destroyed, allowing Samus to return to Sector 6 from here.
Level X Save Room[]
Room ID: h065-g147 (g148)
The lone Save room stationed within the Restricted Zone. As with all other rooms located in the Restricted, the doors to this room are sealed by Level 4 Security Hatches. Samus passes through this room as she further explores down the halls of the Restricted Zone.
Restricted Zone Computer Corridor[]
Room ID: h
A long hallway lined with two computers and what appears to be accompanying power boxes for the devices. A storage tank is also located here to the right, suggesting some research or studies may have been conducted within this room. With little to no importance or activity in this room, Samus simply continues Westward as she further explores the Restricted Zone.
The Save room is located through the eastern Level 4 door. This room bears a slight resemblance to some of the halls found within Ceres Space Colony and may have been built in a similar fashion.
