Culling Chamber[]
The Culling Chamber is a room in the Ing Hive, appearing within Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It is a long hallway filled with Spider Ball Tracks. When compared to the room's Light World counterpart, this room appears to have more destruction caused to it; the Denzium tube present in the light version is non-existent in this version of the room, though the space around the Light Portal is still open to the sky. There are no mechanoids present and the large glass wall in front of the door to the elevator appears to have a side wall portion removed, allowing Samus to walk up to the elevator door with ease. The glass wall's adjacent Spider Ball Track ramp remains. Within the central area of the room is a Morph Ball maze containing both Phazon and a Dark Temple Key. A Spider Ball Track located between the maze and a wall provides Samus with a shortcut through this room. This section appears to be a variant of the maze seen in the Light World, with the rest of the maze in the Dark World blocked off and unusable.
The light version of this room is the Hall of Combat Mastery.

Hazing Cliff[]
The Cliff is a small side-room, initially a curved hallway that leads into a narrow passageway on the side of the Ing Hive facility. Hence the name, this room is home to a large drop on the lower right, from which a Dark Tallon Metroid emerges. The presence of broken architecture above the chasm suggests that the room suffered damage somehow. By continuing on to the end of the hallway, Samus can enter a narrow corridor, at the end of which is a Missile Expansion, blocked by two Dark Diligence Drones.
This is the only room in the Ing Hive where a Dark Tallon Metroid or Dark Diligence Drones can be found. Should Samus fall from the ledge when the Metroid is present, it will vanish when she respawns on land.
The Aether version of this room is Agon Transport Access. Unlike its Dark Aether equivalent, Agon Transport Access contains no Terminal Falls.

The room is quite large. It has a huge abyss between two cliffs. Samus Aran enters the room through a door on the same cliff as most of the Hive. The Screw Attack must be used to get to the far cliff. That cliff has a Light Shaft that will transport Samus if she has the Light Suit to a ledge above. From there, Samus can use the Screw Attack again to reach a ledge above the entrance to the room. A Flying Ing Cache is on that ledge.

Hive Temple[]
The Hive Temple is a room in the Ing Hive. It appears in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. The Hive Temple cannot be accessed until Samus has placed all three Hive Temple Keys in their locks at Hive Temple Access. There are three ledges looking over a large arena with a large robot in the center. One of the ledges is connected to a lift that leads down into the center of the temple. Once Samus enters the room and rides the lift or jumps to the center of the temple, the robot known as Quadraxis awakens and gets possessed by several Ing. There are no Safe Zones during this battle, so Samus must collect Energy Capsules to regain health. Once Samus defeats Quadraxis, its head will fall, explode, and leave behind the Annihilator Beam. Once Samus collects it, a structure rises out of the center of the room. After climbing to the top of it using the Spider Ball, Samus can use the Screw Attack to reach the other two ledges. The Light Aether version of this room is the Sanctuary Temple.

Hive Summit[]
The Hive Summit is a room in the Ing Hive. It appears in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It, as the name implies, is the highest point in the Ing Hive (though the Sky Temple floats higher).
