Lucky Darts is a game played by an unnamed creature overseeing captives on a Demon Planet in chapter 13 of Samus and Joey. The game involves throwing animatronic darts resembling mosquitoes (with wings and legs) at a dart board. The prisoners explain to Joey Apronika and Diesel that the game selects which prisoners will be used as guinea pigs in experiments. If it lands on a "lucky" spot, all prisoners will be freed. The creature throws a dart at the board and it hits the lucky spot (for the first time), which excites the prisoners, while the creature is visibly nervous. However, a second later, the dart removes itself and implants into the "white ace" spot much to the prisoners' dismay. Joey and Diesel realize that the "A" of white ace is marked on their hand/tentacle, meaning they will be used in experiments.
