Luminoth Supply Transport

The Luminoth Supply Transport is an old piece of technology originally built by the Luminoth to transport supplies and soldiers from one point to another. Consisting of a rail-mounted platform, the supply transport hangs from four arms, and has four flaps on all sides that flip up to keep its occupants from falling out. One was left behind by the Luminoth in the Abandoned Base after their war with the Ing, and was later rediscovered by Samus Aran, who used it to gain access to a Portal. To activate it, however, she needs to use several Bomb Slots.

Trivia[]

Samus previously explored a similar scenario to the Luminoth Supply Transport in Metroid Prime Hunters. In Hunters, Samus explored the Drip Moat, a room on which she used an elevator that curved through a long hallway, with Shriekbats, Petrasyl and War Wasps attempting to knock her into the corrosive black water below.
