Mark Jacob Carr is a Seattle-based voice actor and producer. He provided the English voice of Lyle Smithsonian in Metroid: Other M. Carr has also voiced characters in other video games, such as Anthony Herzen in Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box and Saw and Saw II: Flesh & Blood as Obi Tate, Joseph Poltzer, and various minions. He also recurred as Sketchy McClain on Z Nation from 2014-2016.
