The strange exsposed organism encountered in the Leviathan.
Unknown Life Form 14 is a life form found within Leviathans. They have a central biological core that is a brilliant pulsating blue, and have several tentacles that attach them to the wall and appear to have currents flowing through them. They grow only in the tunnels leading to the core of the Leviathan, and they block Samus' path. They can damage Samus on contact, and require either 5 Ice Missiles or 3 Charge Beam shots.
They can grow a large, star-shaped bony structure in order to protect themselves, which can only be removed by use of the Seeker Missile to destroy its 5 weak spots. It is also able to develop a thick Phazite plating. The plating must be destroyed internally by using an advanced visor system and a high frequency beam.
