"One Last Mission" is a synthesized and orchestral theme heard in the debut trailer for Metroid Prime 3: Corruption (viewable here) via its preview channel. Who composed the theme and whether it has an official name is unknown.
The track begins with a slow, eerie portion that plays as the trailer shows Samus Aran overlooking Base Sector Zero from the Control Tower. It then increases in tempo as the narrator says "She likes it" ('it' referring to Samus's Phazon corruption). An orchestral, "battle" portion begins as gameplay of the Norion sequence is shown.
After the briefing by the Federation Marine in Docking Hub Alpha, the music picks up again as Samus and the other Bounty Hunters are shown battling the Space Pirates. It continues to build up until the trailer plays the scene where Dark Samus overwhelms the other hunters. From there, a battle theme plays with percussive beats before concluding.
The theme is also featured in Derek Bonikowski's animation reel (viewable here), without any voice or sound effects (except for Gandrayda saying "This is going to be fun").
