Parasitic fungus is a life form found within Leviathan Seeds. Resembling neon blue spikes, they are in fact a species of parasitic fungi that are feeding on the Phazon. Though they are saturated with Phazon, they are not dangerous. They rely solely on the Leviathan for sustenance and may be related to the violet crystals found on Hyper Grapple blockers.
