Phazon Multiball is a Mini-Game in Metroid Prime Pinball, which is played on Pirate Frigate and Tallon Overworld. Once triggered by shooting the Morph Ball past a Red and Blue Arrow, the ball will split in two, with one being blue and the other being red (representing Blue and Red Phazon). Crystals of Blue and Red Phazon will then appear on the stage, and can be only be destroyed by the ball with the same color. If a ball hits a Phazon crystal with the opposite color, the ball will be repelled. The game mode is completed once the player manages to collect all of the Phazon crystals, including larger crystals once all instances of each color of Phazon pickups have been collected, loses all health, or drops down the gutter. Successful completion will reward the player with an Artifact or a Special.
A compressed version of the Hunters theme from Metroid Prime 2: Echoes plays during Phazon Multiball, as it does for Clone and Gunship Multiball.
