Plasma Dash is a variant of the Plasma Whip side move used by Zero Suit Samus in Super Smash Bros. for Nintendo 3DS and Wii U. It is unlockable at random. The Plasma Dash replaces the whipping move with a dashing strike that grants a better offensive, at the cost of no longer being a tether recovery. When used, Zero Suit Samus dashes forward and strikes opponents with her Paralyzer gun. It is similar to Bayonetta's dash attack. Plasma Deals hits up to 6 times and deals 2% damage with the first hit, 1% with the second to fifth hits, and 4% with the sixth hit.

This is a dashing strike using Zero Suit Samus's gun. Because the whip does not extend, you can't use it to grab onto the edge. You can still use your grapple to grab the edge instead.
