Quadraxis[1] is the theme that plays while battling the boss of the same name in Metroid Prime 2: Echoes. It was composed by Kenji Yamamoto.
Description[]
The melody of Quadraxis is mainly performed by choir, underscored by heavy-hitting metallic beats, electronic sounds, and constant percussive rattling. Its percussion rhythms and portions of its melody are similar to the Ing Battle theme, but the tone and beat are much different, being more slowly-paced and with mechanical sound effects owing to the boss's immense size and robotic nature. Like the Amorbis theme and unlike the Chykka theme, the Quadraxis theme remains consistent throughout the battle and does not change.
In Metroid Prime Trilogy it is one of the songs available for purchase in the Soundtrack Gallery.
The theme can be heard here.
