A Samus Doll is a toy that resembles Samus Aran, which has appeared in outside media related to the Metroid series.

The first appearance of a Samus Doll was in the Nintendo Power comic Mario vs. Wario/ (January 1994, No. 56), where it is a chibi doll. Peach sees it in a toy store window and calls it cute. With her birthday coming up, Mario and Wario both scheme to gift the doll to the princess; using trickery to get ahead of one another. However, unbeknownst to them, Luigi buys the doll first. Their devices against one another backfire, almost ruining the princess's birthday. Luigi saves the day by presenting the Samus Doll to Peach, who exclaims that it was exactly what she wanted and gives Luigi a kiss on the cheek.
Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars[]
A Samus Doll appears in Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars, where it is found in Booster's toybox on the top floor of Booster Tower. The doll returns in the remake of the game, now appearing to be based on Samus's appearance in Metroid: Other M.
Samus herself appears sleeping in the bed of Peach's castle.
Super Smash Bros.[]
Samus and all other characters appear as dolls in the opening and ending sequences, and on the Continue screen. When activated, they come to life. These dolls were a precursor to the trophies introduced in Super Smash Bros. Melee, which were a mainstay of the franchise until Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.
