- "Savestation" redirects here. For the music from Metroid Dread, see Savestation (theme).
Save Station is a room on Deck Gamma on the Frigate Orpheon, and later in the Tallon Overworld on Tallon IV, in Metroid Prime. As it is the only Save Station in both areas (discounting Samus's Gunship in the latter), it is referred in the game as only Save Station. In the Tallon Overworld, it is underwater and is the only Save Station in the Prime series with this feature.

Trivia[]
- This room, along with the Reactor Core Entrance, are known internally as 06_intro_to_reactor before the crash. After the crash, the room is known as 06_under_intro_save, while the Reactor Core Entrance (now a separate room on the map known as the Reactor Access) is known as 06_IntroUnderwater_To_Reactor.
- In the original NTSC GameCube release of Metroid Prime, the post-crash version of this room is named Savestation. This error is corrected in the PAL release and all subsequent releases of the game.
- Prior to the crash of the Orpheon, this room is actually considered a part of Reactor Core Entrance, rather than being a separate room.
- Prior to the crash, the "Savestation Music" theme present in most other Prime rooms with Save Stations does not play in this one. It does, however, play in the room when revisited after the crash.
