"Sir" is a student at the Daiban Federation Academy. In one scene during chapter 14 of the Metroid Manga, he can be seen bullying one of Damara's friends. Damara then steps in, angry at him for trying to "defile the holy academy with violence". He repeatedly calls her and her friends "out-planet hicks" and "poor potato farmers" for coming from rural areas in the galaxy (such as Jigrad in Damara's case). He is then later mauled by Pyonchi, when Samus, Adam Malkovich and Chairman Keaton arrive to discuss Samus' Zero Mission.
