SkyTown is the theme for the area of the same name in Metroid Prime 3: Corruption.

SkyTown is primarily performed by an ethereal female choir singing the main melody, accompanied by orchestral instruments including harps, bells, and cymbals, as well as a low male choir in the background; near the end of the track, an electric guitar can briefly be heard. Its use of choir stylistically ties it to other Chozo-inspired music tracks of the series; parts of the track sound evocative of the Chozo Shrine music from Metroid Prime. One segment of the melody is a recurring motif shared with Rundas-mae and Gandrayda. The overall track conveys a beautiful, calming atmosphere.

Although SkyTown plays through much of the area, it is not heard in Eastern SkyTown, where Heion1 is heard instead. During the game's Special Ending, SkyTown plays while Samus reflects upon the fallen Bounty Hunters, and then transitions into Metroid Prime 2: Echoes Theme when she returns to her Gunship in her Zero Suit.

It can be purchased from the Soundtrack Gallery. On the UK Corruption website, it is known as Track_3 in the music player. It is one of two background themes in the Special Mission, with the other being MP3 Title Music. SkyTown is included in the Samus Archives Sound Selection CD, packaged with the Special Edition of Metroid: Samus Returns.
