In the course of normal play, are the "Dark/Ing Possessed' version of the Pirate Commando encountered before the un-possessed ones? I'd only logged the "Trooper" "Dark Trooper", "Aerotrooper", and "Grenadier" before coming into contact with the "Dark Commando". Don't these games usually introduce the weaker versions first? Dark Suit Technology?

Given the fact that DPCs' armor scheme heavily resemble the Dark Suit (And to a slight extent, Beam Troopers from Prime 1?) could it be possible these Commandos are actually wearing Dark Suit tech? (talking about the Demo Disc terms here, since there is quite a lot to discover within this beta!) It could also be possible at one point, this was also reverse engineered tech just like the Beam Troopers.
