These names (Low Shove, Chozo Kick) supposedly came from the Melee guide. It was on a talk page somewhere but I've never been able to verify them. RoyboyX(complaints/records) 19:18, October 10, 2018 (UTC)

Someone posted photos of the Melee guide, and here's the page for Samus. There's also this Smashboards post, which matches the photo. Some of the names (like "Chozo Kick") are correct, although others (like "Low Shove") are not actually from this guide and therefore may not be official.

For whatever it's worth, it seems that the names in this guide line up with the names on the Japanese SSB64 website (at least, according to Google Translate anyway), and it correctly names "Cover Fire" before SSB4 did, so these names do seem to be official. --PeabodySam (talk) 19:25, October 10, 2018 (UTC)
