Psycho Bit v1.0 gives a possible name for this: teleportation device.

"A levitating spherical sentry droid equipped with 360-degree sensors and a low-level teleportation device."

Please can we move it to that? Please please PLEASE?! --RoyboyX 02:29, November 15, 2010 (UTC)

The low-level teleportation device allows the PBs to "flash" into rooms. It is used in the first encounter with the robots on the Celestial Archive, as well as in many otrher encounters, and it is actually a component IN the machine. It is NOT this external portal.--AdmiralSakai 12:37, November 15, 2010 (UTC)

Alright, how about this? We move it back to Teleportation device and write about that and this. --RoyboyX 13:30, November 20, 2010 (UTC)

I'm sorry, but that's rather nonsensical. The two devices are completely different things. They do not belong in the same article.--AdmiralSakai 14:23, November 20, 2010 (UTC)

I found out that its model naem is "EnemySpawner_mdl_Model"84.78.163.78 16:22, March 15, 2011 (UTC)

A very simple reason that it isn't that teleportation device is that Voldrums also use these.84.78.163.78 13:15, March 16, 2011 (UTC)

Name[]

Since this is the Model's name, and not the official name, shouldn't we give it a UAM title and such? I thought the Idea is that the name could be a concept until an official one is found, but this most likely the thing's real name...

The idea behind those "UAM"-type names is that they are significantly more preferable to grandfathering out-of-the-blue fanon names for whoever makes the article first. Beyond that, in my opinion, anything from a semi-official source is better than the abbreviated "unnamed" names. ChozoBoy (Talk/Contribs) 16:10, June 17, 2012 (UTC)
Am in complete agreement with ChozoBoy here.Latinlingo 20:08, June 17, 2012 (UTC)
