Shouldn't be merged. They are two different things. Samus Screen is similar, but is different in that it lacks the same amount of info and Samus screen allows equipping and unequipping in SM. HellKaiserryo12[ADMIN] (TalkContribs) 16:35, August 29, 2010 (UTC)

Is anyone still for merging this page or may I remove the merger template? HellKaiserryo12[ADMIN] (TalkContribs) 22:26, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I still am. I have been meaning to do it but haven't been able to bring myself to do it. --RoyboyX (TalkContribsUN) 22:27, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I for one most certainly am not. The Inventory Screen is used in the Prime games. The Samus Screen is used in the two-dimensional games (and Other M, but must we relive that debacle once again?). They are two entirely different subjects. "My name is AdmiralSakai, and I approve this message." 22:30, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

What debacle? --RoyboyX (TalkContribsUN) 22:34, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

Metroid: Other M. "My name is AdmiralSakai, and I approve this message." 22:56, February 10, 2011 (UTC)

I still support the removal of the template. What does everyone else think? HellKaiserryo12[ADMIN] (TalkContribs) 14:14, August 25, 2012 (UTC)

Merge discussionEdit

  • Merge - The Inventory and Samus Screen are not completely different subjects. The Samus Screen's formula was used for the inventories provided in Prime, Hunters and Corruption, although not Echoes. You could even say that the Inventory is a more advanced Samus Screen, because yes, the 3-D appearances do contain more information in them, although Other M features the Screen, also containing item descriptions however large they are. Game concepts get changed a lot, especially with Metroid. --Mr. Anon (talk) 01:48, September 25, 2012 (UTC)
Bump. --Mr. Anon (talk) 21:48, September 27, 2012 (UTC)
Actually, this seems to be different enough. --Mr. Anon (talk) 16:14, September 30, 2012 (UTC)
  • Unsure - I can't really decide what my opinion is. They're both similar, yet different? The Samus Screen is an Inventory, but it lets you unequip items which the Inventory does not do. The Inventory is more like a logbook to do with Samus and her items... undecided. HellKaiserryo12[ADMIN] (TalkContribs) 19:19, September 30, 2012 (UTC)
