Merging[]
I believe that this article would be much better suited to a small section near the end of the already-present Zebes article. Thoughts? Armantula513[ADMIN] (Talk•Contribs) 04:06, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
I don't think that's a good idea. The other stage articles are separate. I know the naming of the stage makes it a bit confusing, though. ChozoBoy [ADMIN] (Talk/Contribs) 04:12, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- In that case, the solution would be to merge all SSB (Zebes, not including Frigate Orpheon) stage articles onto the Zebes article. Each of the individual articles are quite small on their own. Armantula513[ADMIN] (Talk•Contribs) 04:19, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
To be honest, I believe they should be separate. In my opinion, these articles could be expanded some more, and the info would clog up the main article with less significant facts. Archibald 83 04:29, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
- I believe that the Samus Aran and Metroid Prime articles retain their pure state, free of "clogging", even though they are significantly larger than the Zebes article plus every SSB stage article combined. The main issue that I face with these separate articles is that the names would be very difficult for a visitor to determine, and would require the visitor to do a lot of "Wiki fishing" through articles to find the necessary link. Put a segement about the subject in the bottom of the related article and link to the main one (See Main Article here... etc.), then have a stage section in the games and series pages. Maybe someone could do a list, too. ChozoBoy [ADMIN] (Talk/Contribs) 04:57, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
I changed Zebes in order to prevent confusion with a message at the top (After failing a few times, : ), Sorry). I believe, to prevent the confusion, these should be edited into all similar articles. A few redirects could help, too. BTW, my problem with the clogging is that a separate topic, insignificant to canon appearances, appears as a full section. A short note about the depiction of the planet as a stage is more appropriate, as the appearance gives no real new information about the subject. Archibald 83 05:23, 12 April 2009 (UTC)
