Corrupted by Phazon[]

The Phazon Metroids were not corrupted into that form. The Phazon Metroid is the result of Metroid eggs being exposed to phazon on the Pirate Homeworld. I am not going to change it because I might be wrong, as the Phazon Metroids appeared on Elysia, Pirate Homeworld and Phaaze. So if they were corrupted when the leviathan hit, they would have a different cycle to the ones from the Pirate Homeworld. Hellkaiserryo12 16:40, 21 February 2009 (UTC)

I'm pretty certain that, unless stated in-game, the Parasites and Metroids were brought by the Pirates and not the Chozo. The Metroids were bioengineered much later and the Queens were made by the Pirates with Phazon. Also, the Chozo left the Elysians to explore space, which means their settlements on Tallon IV and Zebes aren't close enough to have brought these creatures far in the past (before they were created) anyway. The room may or may not have even been used as Xenoresearch by the Chozo at all, and if it was, these animals were not researched by them. ChozoBoy 19:12, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Exactly, so the Metroids were not corrupted on Elysia and were brought by the Pirates from their homeworld. Should we/I change that part of the article or did the leviathan change them? I am pretty certain that is not the case though. Hellkaiserryo12 19:19, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Couldn't tell you. If you are certain about the lifecycle, then change it. ChozoBoy 19:37, 25 February 2009 (UTC)

Title[]

Is it "Lab" or "Labs"? Energy Cell has it as the other name. ChozoBoy [ADMIN] (Talk/Contribs) 19:23, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

I dont know, the individual rooms are called Lab A, B etc so I would say the area is called Xenoresearch Labs. HellKaiserryo12[ADMIN] (TalkContribs) 20:23, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

We're talking about the room, not the area. Does the area have a name? ChozoBoy [ADMIN] (Talk/Contribs) 23:32, November 22, 2009 (UTC)

Phazon Metroid swarm?[]

Should the fact that if you return to the area after freeing the phazon metroids a large swarm can be seen flying around the building in the background?

Mike Wikan[]

Today The Horror of Metroid, a feature I wrote for Shinesparkers on how Metroid's horror impacted me, was published (readable of metroid here). Mike Wikan left that comment on our Facebook post about it. That someone who worked on these games has read it, I consider an honor. RoyboyX(complaints/records) 02:13, November 1, 2018 (UTC)
