Tariq Raheem (?-April 11, 2018) was an Australian storyboard and concept artist in the film and video game industries. For two months, he worked as a Cinematic Storyboard Artist for Mystery Clock Cinema, the production company that produced Prime Evil, the live-action commercial for Metroid Prime. A page on his now shuttered website featured still images of his work; only three thumbnails are known to have survived, and can be seen in the gallery below.
Raheem began his career in 1999 as the Lead Concept Artist at Micro Forté for Fallout Tactics[2], before working for Mystery Clock. He returned to Micro Forté the following year, and subsequently worked for THQ (as a Storyboard Artist for S.T.A.L.K.E.R.: Shadow of Chernobyl), Ninja Theory, Alias Comics and numerous other companies as an illustrator, designer, artist and animator. His final role was as Senior Illustrator at BLT Communications, LLC.
Raheem died on April 11, 2018 of undisclosed causes.[1]
